For the past couple of months, I have been faithfully using the Taza app for all of my Matt Martin, Ofori and Freddie Mac assignments.

First let me say-Taza app rocks! This app and its online partner seriously takes my REO business to the next level. Not only has it freed up countless hours of production time which allows me more time to market, sell and buy REO properties, but its ease of use and storage has been the biggest asset.

It's awesome to be able to get a call from the office that there is a new Matt Martin assignment, be able to while on the road go directly to the property. I can review the PCR, check out the necessary information, go straight to the property, conduct my inspection, take my pictures and send my report back to the office before I leave the asset. It's incredible. It also has saved me on my ready to close and ready to list inspection. I can easily look back online at past inspections and view any changes while there at property rather than trust my memory on whether something was a certain way.

So thank you! Thank you for saving me time in my real estate business that has ultimately resulted in more revenue not only for me but for the firm, but also helping the housing industries by aiding in quicker disposition of HUD/GSE homes-assets. Thank YOU!
